Where to Eat & Drink

The North Cornwall food & drink scene has exploded over the past decade, with incredible local ingredients to take advantage of. Everyone will have their own favourite, but we've listed a selection of our go-to destinations.

Our favourite restaurants are:

Duchy Grub

Amazing food from Joe and Jas a 15 minute walk from our house. Strongly recommended.

Prawn on the Farm, beautiful seafood-focused small plates

Paul Ainsworth at No.6 - Michelin-starred highly imaginative cooking for a special night out.

If you like wine....

There are two destinations to consider.

Bin 2 - try (lots!) before you buy at Padstow's best wine shop

Camel Valley Vineyards - prize-winning wines  in a beautiful setting. Take a tour or just try the wine.

On the other hand, if beer is more your thing, make sure you visit the Padstow Brewing Company, which has not one but two tasting outlets in Padstow.

For nights in

Constantine Bay Stores, run by Chris and Amelia, is extremely close to Bumblers and provides pretty much all you need for your stay, including the Chough Bakery's legendary pasties! They also have a great selection of fine wines, plus all flavours of Tarquin's gin!

For the best meat, try the Padstow Farm Shop on the road to Hawkers Cove.
